Here you'll find a variety of simple baking recipes to make and sell at your next bake stall. Items should always be made fresh as close to the stall day as possible.
Cookies
Cookies are always a hit at bake sales. They're simple to make and easy to package. The other great thing about cookies is you can make the dough in advance and freeze it so all you need to do before fete day is thaw and bake.
For biscuits where the dough is rolled in balls, freeze the balls. For cut-out biscuits, freeze it in a disc shape wrapped in plastic wrap.

Cakes
Cakes are great as they can be sold whole or sliced up and sold in portions. Just make sure they're freshly baked the day before (or day of) donating.
Cupcakes
You can never go wrong with a fancy cupcake at a bake stall. Again, just make sure they're freshly made ideally the night before or morning of donation.
The simple vanilla cupcakes are so easy - you just throw all the ingredients in the mixer or Thermomix/food processor. Top with buttercream icing and get creative with the decoration. They last really well too.
