Thanks for creating such a great recipe Claire, its a great way to use macadamias and look forward to enjoying over the holiday season. Such a top idea for a gift too…..
Have a great Christmas to you and your family Claire!!
okay, I’m a bit of a moron but I never heard of Dukkah. Do you mostly use it with olive oil for dipping? It sounds like a wonderful combination of ingredients. Is my name on any of the packages? I’ll take one with the Dukkah, now that I’ve been enlightened!
Mustn’t me an American thing Chris. You would love it. Yes it’s mostly for dipping but you can use it as a crumb or sprinkle over salads or even bread before you bake it. I wish I could post it over to you!
Thanks Barbara. I think I prefer the new technique.

Awesome Claire. I was looking for a gift for my brother and this will do the trick. We still have some macadamias to shell if I can do it without the kids eating them all.
This sounds delicious! What would you serve it with? I initially thought it was going to be sweet, but then realised it wasn’t. What a fun homemade gift.

Glad to help Jo! I know the dilemma. I can’t keep them in the house for too long here but that’s because I eat them!
Such a great gift Claire!! I love dukkah, especially with some beautiful olive oil and warm Turkish bread.
Great job with the video Claire! I think the voice over is great and nice and clear.
Thanks Jen! Oh you’re so right Turkish bread is perfect for Dukkah.

You could use it as a crumb for chicken or fish or even sprinkle it over salad or bread dough before baking. Yum!
I prefer the videos done this way! And yes I can’t stop making Christmas gifts! :P
Me too Lorraine! No more balancing the tripod on the table!
