Happy Thanksgiving to all my American readers! I hope you are all getting ready for a wonderful feast with family and friends. I hosted my first ever Thanksgiving dinner a few weeks ago (it was already nontraditional being in Australia so I figured I could change the date). Although Thanksgiving isn't an Australian thing I don't see why we can't at least take a moment to think about what we are thankful for.
So without further ado:
- I am thankful that I can do what I love every day and have the support of my wonderful fiance
- I am thankful for my fabulous family and friends both old and new
- I am thankful for all of my fantastic readers. Without you there would be no Claire K Creations. Well I'd probably keep writing it because I love it but it wouldn't be the same.
- This might sound a bit silly but I am grateful for the internet. I've started my blog, met new friends, saved money, made money, learned new things, communicated with people all over the world and so much more thanks to the internet.
- I'm grateful for my health.
- I am grateful for a few little things too like halloumi, jacaranda trees, farmer's markets, the beach, sunny days, my vege garden, little kids' laughs, the smell of bread baking, cinnamon, pots of green tea and just being me.
What are you thankful for?
