When I saw this tip for how to juice a lemon without cutting it floating around Facebook, I knew I had to try it.
Surely it was too good to be true?

Of course I had to try it right away and what do you know - you can juice a lemon without cutting it!
It is ridiculously easy and quick and means no more wasted lemons when you cut one for some juice then put the rest in the fridge and forget about it.

How to juice a lemon without cutting it
Step one
The first and most important step is rolling out the lemon. This is what releases the juices so don't skip it.
Just keep rolling it until it's nice and soft.
Step two
Use a skewer to poke through the pointy end of the lemon.
Step three
Squeeze out as much juice as you need.
It's as simple as that. Now go get a lemon and try it then tell all your friends!
