Chocolate pudding

I know it's a little naughty but I like something sweet after dinner and sometimes fruit just doesn't cut it. I need chocolate. So when I came across this easy recipe for chocolate pudding at I'm hungry too I had to give it a try. The texture was like a cross between yoghurt and jelly with a light sweetness and just enough chocolate to satisfy the cravings. It's so easy to make. Whip some up now for dessert tonight.

The ingredients

This is all you need - 4 ingredients.

Whisk the dry ingredients

Pour the sugar, cornflour and cocoa into a small saucepan then whisk them all together.

Milk

Add the milk to the pan and whisk it. The cocoa will float on top at this stage. No need to worry though it will dissolve as it's heated.

Onto the heat

Heat the mixture over low heat whisking regularly until it almost boils and thickens.

Nice and thick

Here it is all nice and thick.

To the fridge

Pour the mixture into bowls and cover it with plastic wrap. Set them in the fridge for at least 2 hours.

Chocolate pudding

Enjoy!

Looks like something 'little' Claire would never eat cause it was 'too sloppy'! I told Dad that you would grow up and like everything including lobster.
