Yes you read the title correctly, 100 calorie chocolate smoothie.
This is my new favourite snack/dessert/cold treat.
I would liken it to a blended up chocolate Paddle Pop in deliciousness.
It's super simple to make and goes down a treat on these hot summer days.
This is the main ingredient in my smoothie.
I bought it back in winter as a chocolate treat but hot chocolate isn't really what you want at the moment.
Never one to waste anything,
I started thinking (what a challenge!) and came up with a summer version.

Recipe

Ingredients
- ½ frozen banana broken into pieces - The bananas give it the creamy texture. Don't worry if you don't like bananas, I don't but I love this!
- 2 heaped teaspoon Jarrah Choc o'lait
- a whole lot of ice cubes about 10
- about 100ml of water
Instructions
- Throw it all in the blender (water last) and blend until smooth.
Enjoy!

Haha I live on that stuff too! I know it's terrible but it's a great way to have a low cal chocolate hit. I'm too scared to look at the ingredients list though :P
