Yes you read the title correctly, 100 calorie chocolate smoothie. This is my new favourite snack/dessert/cold treat. I would liken it to a blended up chocolate Paddle Pop in deliciousness. It’s super simple to make and goes down a treat on these hot summer days.
This is the main ingredient in my smoothie. I bought it back in winter as a chocolate treat but hot chocolate isn’t really what you want at the moment. Never one to waste anything, I started thinking (what a challenge!) and came up with a summer version.
- ½ frozen banana (broken into pieces) - The bananas give it the creamy texture. Don't worry if you don't like bananas, I don't but I love this!
- 2 heaped tsp Jarrah Choc o'lait
- a whole lot of ice cubes (about 10)
- about 100ml of water
- Throw it all in the blender (water last) and blend until smooth.
