Ingredients

14oz tomato passata

tomato paste

apple cider vinegar

teaspoon
sea salt flakes
Instructions
In a medium saucepan, bring all the ingredients to the boil then reduce to a simmer for 20-30 minutes or until thick.
Pour into sterilised glass bottles and store in the fridge.
