Ingredients

5.3oz good-quality, dark chocolate, chopped

tablespoon
icing sugar

full-fat cream
▢

tablespoon
water
▢

teaspoon
vanilla bean paste or beans from 1 vanilla pod
▢
A tiny pinch of salt
Instructions
Place the chocolate, icing sugar, cream, water, vanilla and salt in a small saucepan and cook, stirring, over medium heat, until smooth.
Take the bowl off the heat and set aside to cool.
To get it to the desired consistency, stir in a little extra boiling water.
