Ingredients

hulled tahini

coocnut flour

ghee
or butter melted

rapadura sugar
or honey or other sugar

coconut cream
room temperature

of chopped chocolate - I like to use dark chocolate
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 170C fan-forced & grease and line a large loaf tin.
Combine the sweetener and eggs (in a bowl with a whisk, blender or Thermomix) until smooth.
Add the melted ghee and whisk/beat again just until they cream together and thicken a little. Don't overmix.
Add the rest of the ingredients (except the chocolate) and mix just until combined.
Gentry fold in the chocolate (save a few to scatter on the top).
Transfer the batter to the prepared tin then sprinkle with the rest of the chocolate.
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden.
