Ingredients

Potatoes - about 1 medium per person
minimum 3
▢
1
cup
of cream
▢
2
crushed cloves of garlic
▢
½
teaspoon
of nutmeg
▢
Grated parmesan
about ¼ of a cup but can add more or less
▢
Salt & pepper
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180C fan-forced.
Wash and finely slice the potatoes and layer into a large baking dish.
Combine the rest of the ingredients in a jug then pour evenly over the potatoes to coat.
Bake for approximately 45 minutes or until golden on top and a fork pressed through the middle goes through easily.
Optional - sprinkle with fresh herbs to serve.
Notes
For more than 5 potatoes, double the rest of the ingredients.
