Ingredients

icing sugar
▢

g
butter
▢
25
g
cream cheese
▢
milk for consistency
▢
½
Oreo
crumbled
▢
Mini Oreos to serve
Instructions
Beat the butter and cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.
Gradually add the icing sugar and add milk if needed to get to the right consistency.
Keep beating until the mixture is white.
Fold through the crumbled Oreo.
Pipe the icing onto the cupcakes and then top each one with a mini Oreo.
