Ingredients
- 750 g sea salt flakes - I used Maldon sea salt
- zest of one lemon
- zest of one lime
Instructions
- Lay the zest out and set it aside to dry out for a few hours.
- Pour the salt into a large bowl and stir through the salt.
- Package the salt into jars or bags.
