Ingredients

head of cauliflower
▢

teaspoon
sea salt
▢

teaspoon
turmeric powder
optional
▢

teaspoon
nutritional yeast flakes
▢

tablespoon
olive oil
Instructions
Pre-heat the oven to 180C fan-forced and line a baking tray with baking paper.
Break the cauliflower into tiny little florets (as small as you can) and place in a bowl.
Sprinkle over the salt, turmeric and nutritional yeast and toss then add the oil and toss again.
Spread in a single layer on the tray and bake for 15-20 mins or until they start to turn golden.
Serve warm.
