1cupof pureed broccoli/carrotthis is my new tip for upping the veges and bulking out a recipe without it seeming like you're eating a mountain of veges
1teaspoongravy powder
1tablespoonMasterfoods Seasoning - all purpose seasoned saltI got this as a free sample from Coles

Instructions
Throw it all in the slow cooker in the oven bag and cook on low for 7-8 hours. When the time is up, shred the meat with a fork.
Serve with veggies, mash, pasta or couscous (or warm crusty bread would go very nicely too). It's a great budget meal and nice and healthy.
