Ingredients

of cooked brown rice
▢

cup
of low-fat milk
▢
1
tablespoon
of honey
▢
1
teaspoon
cinnamon
▢

apples
cored and diced
Instructions
Place the rice and milk in a saucepan and add the cinnamon. Stir it through.
Add the apple and honey to the pan and stir them through. Bring the pot to the boil then reduce to a simmer.
Cook, stirring frequently, until the milk has all been absorbed.
Serve with extra milk.
