½tablespoonolive oil
1tablespoongrated parmesan
Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan and cook the garlic for one minute. Add the veges and stir them through then cook on medium, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes.
Add the pasta sauce and olives and stir them through. Simmer the veges and sauce for about another 15 minutes. Season to taste.
Meanwhile cook the pasta according to instructions.
Transfer the cooked pasta and ⅓ of a cup of the cooking liquid to the sauce and stir it all together.
Serve sprinkled with grated parmesan.
