Pre-heat the oven to 180C(356F) fan-forced and line a baking tray with baking paper.
Place the wedges in a bowl or bag and toss through the oil, spices and salt and pepper.
Tip the wedges out onto the lined tray into a single layer.
Bake them for 25-30 minutes or until they start to turn golden.
Serve the wedges with lime wedges.
