Ingredients

large chicken breasts
▢
1
tin crushed tomatoes
▢
1
jar tomato salsa
▢
1
tablespoon
crushed garlic
▢

tablespoon
tomato paste
▢
1
teaspoon
ground coriander
▢
1 ½
teaspoon
ground cumin
▢
½
teaspoon
paprika
▢
1
teaspoon
dried oregano
▢
Chili powder to taste
▢
1
tin kidney beans
▢
½
teaspoon
pepper
▢
½
teaspoon
salt
▢
tortillas
grated cheese and other condiments to serve
Instructions
Place all the ingredients in the bowl of a slow cooker.
Turn it on to low and cook for 6-8 hours or until the chicken is tender.
Take the lid off and use a fork to shred the chicken.
Turn the heat up to high and cook with the lid off for another hour or until the sauce thickens.
