Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups walnuts
  • Pinch sea salt
  • 13-14 large Medjool dates pitted
  • cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste

Instructions

  • Place the walnuts in the bowl of a food processor and process until very fine.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and process until the mixture comes together.
  • You may need to add a little water.
  • Roll teaspoons of batter into tight balls and refrigerate until serving.
