raspberries

soda water

lime cordial

Extra raspberries to serve
Instructions
Process the raspberries in a blender or food processor until smooth (add a little of the lime cordial if they're not going through the blade.
You can press the raspberry mixture in a sieve to get rid of the seeds or just put it straight into a large jug.
Add the soda water and the rest of the lime cordial and stir it all together.
Serve chilled with ice and a few raspberries on top.
