Notes
Texture: Make sure you blend the smoothie well so there are no oat chunks. Protein: If you want to add protein to this but keep it dairy free some options are egg whites, chia seeds or almond butter. Milk: Our favourite brand of non-dairy milk in Aus is Nutty Bruce. If you don't have it look for alternate milks that are in the refrigerator section. They generally have less additives. Alternatively - use pure coconut milk straight out of a tin.
