- 1 cup roasted almonds
- 1 cup dates if using pitted dates you may need a little water
- 1 tablespoon raw cacao
Use a food processor to process until the mixture comes together.
Add a little water if it is too dry.
Roll the mixture into balls using a level tablespoon of mixture per ball.
Refrigerate until serving.
