Ingredients
- 1 chicken breast fillet flattened
- spices whatever you like
- iron
- ironing board
- baking paper
- aluminium foil
Instructions
- Lay a sheet of aluminium foil on the ironing board then cover with a sheet of baking paper.
- Place the flattened chicken breast on top and then sprinkle with spices.
- Top with another piece of baking paper.
- With the iron on dry, iron over the baking paper until the chicken is white.
- Carefully flip the chicken then iron the other side until the chicken is no longer pink.
