desiccated coconut

ground cinnamon

cocoa powder
Instructions
Place the butter and cream cheese in the bowl of an electric mixer and beat until smooth and pale.
Add the vanilla and mix it in.
About half a cup at at time, add the icing sugar until the mixture is thick (I used 3 ½ cups).
Add the coconut and mix it in.
In a small bowl, mix the cinnamon and cocoa together.
Shape the mixture into little 'potatoes' and then roll each one in the cinnamon cocoa.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set and keep refrigerated until serving.
