plain natural yoghurt

lemon juice

minced garlic clove

Lettuce and other salad to serve
Instructions
Place the feta, lemon zest, quinoa flakes and garlic in the bowl of a food processor and blend until minced.
Scrape the sides and add the oregano, mince and egg and process until combined.
Using 2 tablespoons of mixture at a time, shape it into patties.
Heat half the oil in a large frying pan and then cook as many meat patties as you can fit in the pan.
Repeat until the meat is cooked.
Heat another frying pan and cook the sliced haloumi (however much you would like).
If you like toasted buns, slice your buns in half and gently toast in the pan you used for the meat.
Combine the yogurt, lemon juice and garlic and spread on the base of the buns.
Top with salad then the meat then sliced halloumi.
Serve hot.
