Ingredients

  • ¾ cup raw cashews
  • ¼ cup tahini
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • tablespoon apple cider vinegar with mother
  • 1 pinch of pink salt
  • 2 tablespoon dijon mustard

Instructions

  • Place all the dressing ingredients in a food processor with a generous splash of filtered water and blend until smooth.
