Ingredients

quinoa
▢

tablespoon
peanut butter
▢

tablespoon
honey
▢

tablespoon
cocoa powder
▢
¼
cup
of quick oats
Instructions
Rinse the quinoa then place in a pot with ½ a cup of water and bring to the boil.
Turn the heat to low and let it simmer for 10 minutes or until the water has evaporated and the quinoa is soft.
Remove it from the heat into a bowl and refrigerate until cool.
Take it out of the fridge and mix in the rest of the ingredients. If it's a little wet you may need to add a some extra oats.
Refrigerate until the mixture is cool.
Roll the mixture into balls and refrigerate until you want to eat them.
