Ingredients

  • ¼ cup quinoa
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup of quick oats

Instructions

  • Rinse the quinoa then place in a pot with ½ a cup of water and bring to the boil.
  • Turn the heat to low and let it simmer for 10 minutes or until the water has evaporated and the quinoa is soft.
  • Remove it from the heat into a bowl and refrigerate until cool.
  • Take it out of the fridge and mix in the rest of the ingredients. If it's a little wet you may need to add a some extra oats.
  • Refrigerate until the mixture is cool.
  • Roll the mixture into balls and refrigerate until you want to eat them.
