raw peanuts

chili flakes

sea salt flakes
Instructions
Toss the peanuts in the oil until they are all coated.
Heat a large frying pan over medium heat and cook the nuts, stirring, until golden.
Transfer to a sheet of paper towel and spread into a single layer then immediately sprinkle with the salt and chili flakes.
Leave to cool and then package or store in an airtight container.
