Divide ⅓ of the oats between two jars.
Cover with ½ the apple, ½ the raspberries and half the nuts.
Repeat with ⅓ of the oats and the remaining apple, raspberries and nuts.
Sprinkle the top with cinnamon.
Pour just enough water over the top to cover the oats.
Refigerate overnight.
To serve, stir two tablespoons of yoghurt through each serving.
