sheet of low fat puff pastry

squares of good-quality dark chocolate
▢
1
egg
whisked
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200C/390F fan-forced and line a baking tray with baking paper.
Lay a the pastry on the bench and cut into 4 squares then cut each into two triangles.
Place a square of chocolate just in from the middle of the long side and from the long side, roll the pastry to enclose the chocolate.
Turn the ends in to form a crescent shape.
Place the croissants on the oven tray and brush with the beaten egg.
Bake until golden (about 20 minutes).
